A COMMUNITY THAT'S CALLING FOR YOU
Calling Briley Farm home means bringing the comforts of southern charm to your doorstep. It is a place that welcomes the daily unwind from your busy life and invites you to simply sit back and take in a Florida sunset while reflecting on the events of the day.
OAKLAND NATURE PRESERVE
One of the closest trail systems to Florida's Turnpike is Oakland Nature Preserve. The 128 acres of natural shoreline sits along Florida's fourth largest lake, Lake Apopka, and much like Lake Okeechobee, the preserve has undergone dramatic change from human intervention. Part of the purpose of this preserve is to educate visitors about the damage to Lake Apopka and how it is actively being corrected. Volunteers help with this mission.
BUILT WITH YOU IN MIND
Although a private retreat, residents of Briley Farm have easy access to local conveniences including banking, shopping, dining, and area recreation nearby. The area also offers "you pick" farms, wineries and breweries, as well as an ever-growing arts and a cultural scene.
IMMERSE YOURSELF IN NATURE
To the west of the West Orange Trail is the South Lake-Lake Minneola Scenic Trail in Lake County, which was connected to the trail in 2007.
Dog lovers gather at Tucker Ranch in Winter Garden. The dog-friendly park covers 209 sprawling acres. Visitors explore a hiking trail through the majestic 120-year-old Oak Tree Alley and enjoy beautiful views of Johns Lake. The surrounding area also offers an opportunity to capture a view of the magnificent peacocks who freely roam the expansive grounds.
